/>Bate PROGRAM</strong></p><p> </p><p>Since 1968, Integrity, Inc has provided the most comprehensive and successful rehabilitation service for ex-offenders and individuals with drug and alcohol related problems in the state of New Jersey. We are CARF accredited and are recognized nationwide. We are experts in providing residential and intensive outpatient services to the community.  We are seeking a Counselor Intern in our Newark location. The incumbent is responsible for providing group an individual case management for student-members with substance abuse and/or behavioral problems in a Therapeutic Community setting. </p><p> <strong><span
style="text-decoration: underline;">Requirements</span></strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalency required.</li><li>Up to one years’ experience in a human/social services function preferred.</li><li>Ability to obtain a CADC within three years of hire.</li><li>Basic knowledge of addition, treatment and recovery</li><li>Effective communication, both written and verbal and fluency of English language.</li><li>Proven ability to establish solid working relationships with student-members and co-workers.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Word</li><li>Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality in performing counselor’s duties. </li><li>Bi-lingual (Spanish) and a valid driver’s license preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>INTEGRITY, INC IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER COMMITTED TO DIVERSITY</strong></p><p> </p></td></tr><tr><td></td><td
