Continuous Quality Improvement

Integrity House constantly strives to improve the quality of the services provided to our clients. Two important pieces of Integrity’s continuous quality improvement plan are the quarterly client satisfaction surveys and measurement of outcomes.

The feedback given by clients in the client satisfaction surveys is used to identify strengths and target areas needing improvement. The following comments were made by Integrity clients:

  • “Staff is awesome. The program is great place to feel safe and cared for during all stages of recovery.”
  • “This program has changed my entire life for the better. I would recommend this program to all addicts. They have helped mold me into a better person with love, concern, and have my best interest at heart…I thank you for helping save my life…”
